Meet Jane

Jane brings more than 30 years of experience in counseling individuals of various ages, ethnic,  and socio-economic backgrounds; including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.

Jane has worked for the past 23 years at the Hoffman Institute as a Senior Teacher of the Hoffman Process.  She has been a supervising teacher, coach, and training teacher of teacher candidates. The Hoffman Process is a 6-1/2 day residential seminar type experience that transforms people's lives by leading them on a journey of self discovery to heal childhood wounds.

Jane spent 20 years as a school counselor in the Madison, Wisconsin Public Schools.  This afforded her time to be with her own children while pursuing graduate studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and starting her private practice as a therapist.

Her primary focus now, is on counseling individuals and couples. Jane has worked with clients from all over the world to do deep healing work. Her approach combines knowledge about neuroplasticity and what it takes to create lasting change.

She is passionate about helping people get unstuck in their lives and in relationships.  By learning to cultivate mindfulness and presence, you can change your limiting beliefs and create new pathways that produce freedom, meaning, purpose and joy. Jane’s practice is a blend of compassionate, solutions-oriented therapy and coaching dedicated to helping people design and create the life they want.
